Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is inspected.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• We do not accept returns for change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email connect@pepcools.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
